Decent supplement.
I enjoy effervescent vitamins and I tried this one because my usual vitamin was out of stock. These are very decent and I have had no issues taking them. My only gripe would be that it does take a good amount of time for them to dissolve in water, about 2-3 times longer than others I have taken in the past. But for the money, it is a solid choice for your daily multi-vitamin.

Quite Tasty
Not only do I use these to meet my vitamin needs, but I actually like the taste of them. Taking them isn’t I have to get through. But, it’s something I can enjoy. Almost like a fizzy apply juice

Easy way to take your vitamins!
I don't think you can find an easier way to take your daily vitamins. These effervescent tablets dissolved easily in a cup of water. In the past, I have sometimes forgotten to eat something after taking regular vitamins (I am often dashing off to work with the intention of eating when I get there, then called into a meeting). Now I just drop a tablet in my glass of water and sip it with my breakfast or lunch.I do think I would have liked to have tried a different flavor, or maybe instead of three canisters of orange, they could offer a mix. The orange reminds me of chewable low dose aspirin. It's fine, but cherry or mixed berry would be my real choice. These are lactose and preservative free. They are also a good choice for vegetarians like me because they contain B vitamins.

Mostly B, C, an E vitamins, no %DV on label, but seems to have good bioavailability.
This isn’t a bad multivitamin, although it is mainly comprised of several B vitamins, vitamins C and E and folic acid. The nutrition label provided the quantity of each serving/dose, but does not represent it as a % DV (daily value) and good luck reading the nutrition label without a magnifying glass or camera to zoom in on it as it is printed in very small text. The vitamin comes as a circular and flat dissolvable tablet. The tablets are similar to a popular immune system support supplement (Airborne) in size, shape, fizziness, and even a container/tube that is pretty much the same. This makes them easy to pack with you and use as you just need to drop one in some water and wait for it to fizz away and dissolve. The tablets produce an orange flavored drink, but there is another flavor in it that I can taste that is common with many B vitamins, but that flavor is mild and the orange flavor is much more dominant and pretty decent.I think the bioavailability of this supplement is good as I actually feel like my body is responding to having these additional vitamins (and with B vitamins, I can really tell as I have a deficiency and not getting them is pretty obvious). I also have a sensitive stomach, so some vitamins are too strong or not well formulated into a supplement and I will get an upset stomach, but not with these. They seem to do well at not upsetting my stomach.

A quick tasty way To get your B vitamins your other vitamins and enjoy it the experience.
I've always loved things with a fizz like soda pop, in the 60s they used to have something called fizzies tablets. You pop 1 of those tablets in a glass of water and within a few seconds you have yourself a soda of any different kinds of flavors like root beer lime lemon cherry. Since then I often get my vitamin C. and other things from either a powdered drink mix that builds up bubbles like a soda or another type of tablet. In fact even medications like the cold medication Alka seltzer or whatever have similar types of delivery. One of the things I like about it is it's so quick and easy to basically take that you know have to swallow big pills or nasty tasting liquids. A famous sex Symbol and beautiful actress from the 30s invented fizzies And also invented the frequency hopping technology that allows different kinds of radar and even cell phones to operate today. The taste of these tablets is 1st rate they dissolve well and quickly and they go down easy and and it's it's something that you like to drink so you're bound to take your vitamins daily by using these. Back in these easy to open and easy to carry tubes in that you can take these to work or on the go anywhere in your pocket or purse or whatever you wanna carry them in they don't take up much room and you keep your vitamins with you all the time. The vitamin mix here focuses on B. vitamins but has some other essential vitamins like C&E and others to help support So it is a true multivitamin mix not just a straight C. vitamin like a lot of the effervescent mixes that I get. It's a good value for the money too so I give this a high recommend for amazon for selling a good product.
