Fantastic probiotic. I bought this bc it’s gentle on the gut with only 1 strain. Honestly, it’s all you really need. You don’t really need to have one with a bunch of strains in it. It helped me the first day I took it. A friend told me her GI Dr also recommends this brand. I took that as validation of my purchase. I def reco this probiotic. I take one every day.

Great for the stomach when overeating. But also suggest a few tablespoons of Pepto Bismol if they don't work, works every time.
