Great gift
I am very pleased with this bottle stopper, which we have bought as one of 4, for my brother and sister-in law for Christmas. This one and another which came from this company arrived in a lovely box making it a really nice gift.

Does the job…
Not a great deal you can say about a bottle stopper to be honest. It seems well made and has a good amount of detail. Will fit various bottles thanks to the tapered rubber collar which is fairly standard for these kinds of stoppers. I liked the antique bronze finish. The gift box is nice enough, should you be giving this as a gift. Not a faithful reproduction of Big Ben (yes we all know Big Ben is the bell only) but close enough for most people to guess. £10 is the upper end of what it’s probably worth. Liked it overall.

Ok but
This item really did not live up to expectations. It really doesn't fit wine bottle well.If you are considering buying, look for an alternative to avoid disappointment and waste of money

Beautiful packaging and a great little gift
The stopper is packed in a black card box, held in place with a bow in a black card liner, wrapped in a black sleeve which also holds a gift card. The overall impression is great.The stopper itself is intricate and weighty, the sealing rings are smooth and work as required. Faultless.Edit: After leaving the stopper in the fridge for a couple of days I was surprised when Big Ben separated from the stopper. Turns out the thread of Big Ben is a size smaller than the thread of the stopper. Does not affect the seal, which is great, but certainly requires fixing.

Very nice, but quite tall when in use
This bottle stopper arrives very nicely presented in a black box with gold embossing, so would make a good gift. The stopper itself is like many others, being a tapered metal stopper with rubber rings to make a good seal when pushed down into a bottle. It’s therefore quite effective at keeping sparkling wine sparkling for a few hours, or even overnight (with some loss of fizz).The top is recognisable as the Elizabeth Tower, commonly known as Big Ben, though the proportions and details aren’t actually very accurate. No matter, it’s a cute little motif and looks nice. It is quite tall - in fact to get a bottle in my fridge door I had to move a shelf up, but thankfully there was room for it. Being so long it does make a full size wine bottle very tall.This seems well made and good quality. It’s great for anyone with an interest in London history or iconic UK buildings. It also does the job very well as a bottle stopper.
