Was not expecting anything special due to price however I would not recommend. You should be able to shave without the guard and not get cut. I'm close to 40 so this is not my first trimmer. 2 cuts after shaving arm pits and other areas. Also you would expect a uk plug adapter and not just a 2 pin as most uk houses do not have 2 pin in their bathrooms. I will give it one more go but more than likely by something else. My last trimmer was around £20 and lasted over 5 years, and gave a better shave. Not happy woth product... shame.
