This has been a great purchase! I have arthritis is my spine. I would wake up constantly to adjust my previous pillow to try to have neck support. Since using this pillow, I sleep more soundly. I do not wake up constantly to adjust my pillow. I have not once had neck pain or extremity numbness while sleeping. My husband absolutely love this pillow as well. It is a firm pillow. It has softer cushioning for side sleeping. Way less headaches, shoulder pain, and neck stiffness. I did not notice any off putting smells from manufacturing. Very happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased this cervical neck pillow from Amazon, and I'm happy with it. It's very comfortable and provides good support.Here are some of the things I really like about this pillow:* It's comfortable to sleep on.* It provides adequate support for my neck.Overall, I'd recommend this pillow if you're looking for a comfortable and supportive option.

This pillow is horrible, especially for the price. It causes more issues than it helps with; I suppose that’s easy to do when the issues it helps with is zero. It isn’t comfortable, it doesn’t help with support at all, big yikes. I’ve tried to deal with this pillow, but it has just been in a closet supporting the air in there. If air could talk, I bet it would complain too. For $80 bucks, I have purchased the right to complain as much as I want.

I have been trying to find just the right pillow for a good night sleep. There are some with good neck support but tilt the head back (not good for people with vertigo). This has been the best. great neck support without tipping the head back and I slept well. The smell is strong at first but usually resolves over time. I love this pillow.

I’ve had this pillow for about three weeks. I slept on it for two nights after keeping it outside for several days. It was still too strong. So for the past three weeks I’ve had this pillow and I’ve only used it twice because the smell is so strong. I took the cover off and washed it, I pulled all of the pieces Apart and aired them separately, I used straight alcohol to try and mitigate the odor, I’ve put essential oil on all the separate pieces, and it is still offgassing. I will say it is very comfortable. I have had multiple cervical fusions, two different surgeries with the front access across multiple levels of my neck and one very large, eight level fusion in the back and so getting the right pillow is essential. This pillow is very comfortable for sleeping on my back or my side. My neck felt great with it. However, I kept waking up because I was trying to get away from the smell. Once it finishes, I’m sure it will be my nightly go to. I was able to use hsa/fsa Fun to cover the cost of this pillow. Had it been right out of my pocket, I would have returned this pillow within the first week. Because the smell is just too strong and really seems dangerous.EDIT/UPDATE. 11/.27.2024The seller me and offered a full refund - which I received quickly. I would DEFINITELY work with this seller again.UPDATEafter about two months outside during the day the odors have disappeared anf I am using this pillow. The SECOND I laid my head down, instant relief-almost like having traction-crazy. I am definitely buying more for the house - we will just deal with the off gassing because it is worth it. Go ahead and purchase just be aware- I may be super sensitive but everyone else noticed it too.

I thought ok I’ll spend the $70 plus on it if it’s great then ok. I know a pillow change is an adjustment. 2 weeks in and I wake up with a headache every time in my neck when using it. It doesn’t matter if I sleep on my back or either side. Same result. The design and concept seem great. I like the foamy feel, it didn’t soften with use and I got tired of the headaches. It may work for someone. Just not for me. It is very firm which normally I like instead of super fluffy pillows. I wish I could like it but I don’t. Like before it may work well for someone. Many mentioned the smell. After a couple days setting out it was fine and I’m sensitive to smells. Just would be for a very specific person.

This pillow is a little weird at first. You have to get used to it. It's hard and soft at the same time. Cured my headaches from flat, cheap pillows. The support is amazing and really relieves the pressure.

I bought this pillow as it was one of the few FSA eligible.It's just a very disappointing product.- As many people mentionned: it smells- Foam is cheap and does not really take you shape- Neck supprt is innexisant.Not sure i'ts related but post first use I have the worst neck pain I've eer had in my lifeI returned the product and bought a (cheaper BTW) non FSA pillow and it's so much better !Don't be fooled by the FAS elligible !
