Absolutely adore the little hand written note, made me feel all cozy inside lol. The audio quality is crisp and clear and while I would have preferred if the other colours restocked faster but I was tweaking after not being able to listen to music for so long so I bought the black. I like the magnetic part but the extra buds it comes with seems a bit pointless cause they're not shaped like the ones that are attached to the earphones. I have small ears and I was surprised to see that it fit comfortably 😌

these are so amazing. I can hear clearly and they seem to be very durable. Very well made.Also the person on the other line can hear me clearly.

The description and one photo show a controller with a phone icon button and a graphic near the mic hole. Evidently this item shipping now has neither of those. In fact, upon receipt I thought they had shipped me the wrong item, only the earphone version without a mic. But I tried it out and...I be damned...it does work as a mic headset.The sound is mid-fi at best. I wouldn't recommend these for any critical music listening. Which is OK with me, cuz I just wanted a headset to talk on the phone with my new iPhone 16e. It's fine for that usage. 2 people I've talked with today said the mic is clear and sounds fine.I hope they update the description and pic, unless there actually are two versions of this item shipping. I'm sure others will assume the same thing I did and return without even trying it out.I hope this helps other buyers.

I would caution not to buy as their customer service is horrible beyond belief, the ear inserts by their own admission are designed to come off easily and get lost and also by their own admission the replacements are generic not designed for these earbuds and are too small to fit making them useless. What is worse is that the 5 year guarantee is a lie, they have refused to supply the original inserts and refused to take the now useless earbuds now lacking ear inserts back for repair or replacement.I would have given this 5 stars but for the major issues. How can a company design and package ear inserts that can come off easily and the enclosed replacement set not only does not have an exact replacement but they are impossible to install on the earbuds. I have bought a total of four pairs over time as both USB-C and 3.5 mm before their short comings became apparent.

I was impressed with the sound in the beginning, but a month later, for some reason the wire that connects to my phone is causing whatever I'm listening to to shut off. It seem like the piece that goes into the phone is not secure anymore. I don't have this problem with other earphones.Update: The company reached out and expressed interest in taking care of this problem even after the return time had elapsed. Shortly after they reached out I received a new set these earphones in the mail. The sound is great and the customer service is even better.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the quality of sound for the price. I'm also happy for the usb-c connection as fewer and fewer phones/tablets have headphone jacks anymore.

People can never hear me on the microphone but the sound quality of the earbuds is fine.

Good fit. Good enough sound. Like the braided cord and magnetic buds. They don’t get tangled like traditional wired earbuds.
