Brilliant and effective product. Cheap product with no discomfort and easy to use. Fits perfectly and improved my sleep the first night. Felt a difference in breathing immediately! No discomfort at all.

The product is absolutely life changing, it has helped me open my sinuses when I have blocked noses and on top of everything it’s cheap and good value for money. It is very effective and adhesion is great and easy to use. It has a very premium feel to it and removing it is very easy. The size fits to my nose very well but after you take it off you can’t put it back on without it losing its adhesion abilities. Great product, need to buy again. It’s also lasts years if you don’t use regularly.

Stop what you're doing and try this product.I've been using these strips for about 12 months, firstly just for sleeping and then applying a fresh one for during the day too. These do not work anymore, this new design is terrible.The old black ones were great, stuck overnight every time, could actually feel it open up your nose.These new clear ones don’t stick for more than 2 hours max, doesn’t open your nose at all, can hardly tell it’s there. Shame as the old ones were so great.

Works well (especially with the mouth tape) however as I have a nose piercing, I find the strip peels off that nostril very easily and won’t fully stick down like on the other side. I think I will need to look at other options. I can see it working super well for someone with no piercings though! The adhesive is very strong (when it sticks properly) and the boning inside really opens your nose up

I do still snore a bit but I can breathe so much better through my nose! I have a deviated septum and these have made a huge difference to feeling like I can actually breathe clearly. I was worried the large size would not fit a ladies small nose but they are fine. They stick really well all night but are easy enough to get off by dampening them. I recommend these for better nose breathing.

Need to have really dry skin or they seem to pop off and not stick. Did not get to test the effectiveness as kept coming off. I think it was the face cream I was using before bed but I also have mouth tape which is not effected by the cream
