A Fun Gift
I purchased this cast net as a gift at my grandson's request. He is able to use it without help. He has caught (and released) fish, so it does work. He has had a lot of fun with it.

Easy to use
I've used several cast nets over the years and this net is easier to throw than the others. It isn't too heavy but sinks very well. The wrist strap is a nice touch.

A tangled mess
Fresh out the case the cast net feels like good quality, I used it the very next day after receiving it. I noticed the weights would always tangle, overlap the netting, or feed through the guide circle. In my 5 hours of using this cast net I'd say it only properly opened 6 times. I was still able to retrieve fish with it but only do to the fact the net size was accurate. Just disappointed that this net preformed worse then the Walmart cast net I replaced with purchasing this net.

Good product but should size according to the user
Seems a very good casting net, our grandson was working hard to master. Pleased with its workings, however we’re misled by a review that stated the dimensions were mixed up, radius vs diameter so because of that comment we ordered too big. Dimensions are listed correctly!
