Very effective space saver!
This is a delightfully helpful device that saves space on crowded stages. I bought it on a whim because I'm trying to maximize real estate on stage, and I'm happy to report it works really well. When properly attached to a pedal board, it stays intact and easily supports a microphone, plus a tablet that you can clip to the stand with a holder you purchase separately. The only thing to be aware of is that attaching this will really change the center of gravity of your pedalboard, so if you pick up the board and move it with the stand attached, watch out! Especially if there's a mic in the holder. Take off this stand before moving your board. Other than that, it's a great device, and I'm really glad I bought it.

Great solution for space saving on stage!
I have a broken on-stage stand that slides under your pedal board that I've used for a while but they repeatedly break and I got tired of JB welding that so I am trying this thing and so far, it's worked really well. It's plastic but unless someone falls into the mic stand, it should hold up just fine and if it does get broken, it seems like it would be easy to glue back together if needed. It's that strong plastic, not some cheap thin stuff.I managed to squeeze the base in between some XLR cables on my Pedaltrain board.

Almost perfect
while this is mic stand is a great idea given that I constantly struggle to find space on a small stage for my pedalboard and mic stand while still be able to fit with the other band members. However, there are some flaws on this that I wish it would be addressed in the next iteration of this product. I also want to point out at the top of the review that this mic stand works best when attached to a steel frame pedalboard and not aluminum. My pedalboard is made with thin sheet of aluminum and the metal is too soft to hold the stand stable. By having a steel frame pedalboard with steel plate surface, the material would be more stable to withstand the torque placed upon it by the mic stand.First, the base where the mic stand connects to the clamp is fixed and can not be adjusted. The reason why this was important to me is that I have a small tray that I mount to the mic stands to hold my slide, ebow and other accessories needed when playing live. The base of the mic stand is fixed as also at an angle. While I understand that the manufacturer placed the stand attachment at a fixed angle in order to accommodate for the pedalboard angle, not all pedalboards have the same angle. I could either set my stand to angle forwards or backwards but not straight up since my pedalboard has a shallow angle. This means if I mount my tray, the tray will not sit parallel to the floor and can not be used since items would just fall right off.Second shortcoming is that the clamp can only be tightened by a hex wrench. While normally this is not an issue, this is a problem when dealing with mounting the clamp with pedals around it. If you’re like me, your pedalboard is probably crammed full of pedals. If you can only tighten the clamp with a hex wrench, the wrench handle would always hit pedals, making tightening the bolts difficult. Even if you plan on permanently have the clamp on the pedalboard, you need room to be able to access the clamping tab that holds the mic stand tight. My point is that they should have made the tightening mechanism be adjustable via butterfly nut or thumbscrews of some sort. That way, there’s no Allen wrench to loose during crucial moments when you need to tighten down the clamp minutes before a gig. You would also not have to worry about leaving room on the pedalboard to access the adjustable parts of the clamp.Third drawback of this mic stand is that it doesn’t come with a bag. I know that it’s such a small thing to gripe about but for the price point of this stand, they could have included a cheap canvas sleeve. Those don’t cost much to the manufacturer to include. Another thought is that the manufacturer could also make it so that the tubings of the mic stand come apart into shorter pieces so that the stand can fit in the front pocket of a guitar bag.Overall this is not a bad product. It’s useful despite its flaws and I really do hope that the manufacturer improve upon this product and release an updated version soon.

Nice stand
This stand works really well. It's easy to set up and requires a strong sturdy base as it is heavy.

Essential tiny piece missing twice and no instructions given more confusing than it looks
I ordered a stand and then returned it because an essential piece was missing. I ordered a second one and had the same problem. I would not recommend.

Too shaky for me
Works as designed, but at least on my pedal board, it shakes too much every time I step on my harmonizer. I went back to a separate stand. But if you don't kick your pedal board much, it will probably work OK for you.

Solid product
Exceeded my expectations. This is a solid mic stand. Perfect for reducing your footprint on stage. It's nice to not have to fight with the mic and pedal board placement. It's easy to put together and really solid. You do have to leave the "foot" attached to the pedal board but it has a quick release to pull the rest of the stand out so it's no problem. I think this is a really great product. Very pleased.
