The more I learn about health, the more I know how essential minerals are, and they are completely stripped from the general table salt. Salt tastes great and it has more potassium then other brands so for me that is a must (Not as salty). I use this for Sole water and my cramps at night or in the morning seem to be a thing of the past the moment as long as I take. Basically a supplement for me I will use long term.

I drink a lot of water and had been buying electolyte packets to replinish, when I decided it was time to make my own with better quality & no BS, and save money. For my drinking water, about 32oz at a time, I use ~500mg with ~200mg potassium chloride, covers my electrolytes and taste is mild, no weird artificial sweeteners or sugar, I add a pinch of stevia extract but I don't really mind the taste of that much salt in 32oz water anyway. Saving money and it works as well or better than prepackaged electrolyte mixes.

This salt adds a nice flavor to roasted veggies and meats. I've been using it as a finishing salt. I also use it on popcorn. I really like the smallness of the grains of salt. I love to cook and play in the kitchen. I would get this salt again.

I am very picky and look for only high quality salts, this salt is perfect. It’s not expensive because you get what you pay for. It contains much needed minerals which benefit your health and the size is perfect for the cost. The salt is fine grain and perfect texture. A little goes a very long way!
