Not edible
These things were rock hard. Couldn’t even bite into it. They make excellent shakes but this bar is not it.

Very chewy but tasty
I'm not usually a fan of things labelled "Protein" because I find most of them to be grainy tasting and they leave an unpleasant aftertaste in your mouth. I'm happy to say that isn't the case with these. They taste great and they are a denser snack to get you through until the next meal. They are quite chewy and I'm not sure about the description of the "cookie dough" filling, it's really more just a chewy nougat-type filling. The chocolate on the outside is VERY soft and melty, but tastes good.

Great Flavor
Lots of protein, lots of flavor. These bars are great for a meal replacement, just keep them room temp or almost refrigerated. The chocolate exterior melts otherwise and leaves a mess. The taste makes it worthwhile though, since they taste more like a candy bar than other products in this category. Easy to eat and digest on the go.

Great Flavor, Sugar Heavy
There are days at work when I do not have time to sit down for a full lunch. For that reason, I like keeping quick alternatives handy. Seeing that this one came in more of a 'sweet' option, I thought it would not only provide a lunch alternative... but also a nice 'treat.'As far as flavor, it's pretty spot on. It really feels like you are eating a candy bar. The texture is chewy and a little gritty, but nothing too far from similar items on the market. Cost wise, it falls around $3 per bar... which isn't terrible if it is actually replacing a full meal. However, for me, the protein concentration isn't quite as high as a few other meal replacement bars I have in rotation... and although it gets me through the day, I do still tend to feel a bit of hunger/snackiness. Also, the amount of sugar added causes a nice little spike in my glucose readings instead of the smooth curve I get from others. If you don't mind the excess sugar, potential glucose spikes, and just need something to tide you over... this would probably be a pretty decent option. For me, it's just a bit too sweet and not quite filling enough...

I like these.
I like the flavor, which is somewhere between malted milk and cashew butter. I like the chewiness, which keeps you from eating it too quickly. I like that it is double the size of the protein bars that I purchased from the grocery store, so I don't end up eating 2 at a time (as I do with the other bars). I like the flavor of the chocolate coating. I like that they actually make me feel full for a couple of hours. I like that they are not overly sweet. When I read the ingredient list, I was afraid that I would get a GI disturbance because I am lactose intolerant and these contain a lot of whey protein, but as it turns out, I have not had any adverse results. The one downside is that, even if I chill the bars first, the chocolate is too melty, and ends up all over the inside of the wrapper and on my fingers. The price point also seems somewhat high, but keep in mind that it is twice the size of a lot of other protein bars, so not as bad as it seems on first glance.

Not bad, not enjoyable
These bars are ok and resemble some of the other "cookie dough" attempts from similar bars. It's less of a cookie dough vibe and more of a blondie milk chocolate fusion. It's fairly bland and nothing too off-putting, but the texture is dense and breaks apart like a more solid 3 Musketeers candy. My bigger issue with it is that it mentions protein first in the name, but it's much higher calories than other protein bars and yet has fewer grams of protein. I'd argue it's more so just a meal replacement bar with an adequate amount of protein for that, but it's not a great choice for the protein it's advertising.

Good for a quick snack/meal
These protein bars are pretty good for a quick meal replacement. It's not overly sweet and it actually cuts my appetite.
