I am pleasantly surprised with the results!! It’s only been a month but I have genuinely noticed hair growth (aka my roots have suddenly become super obvious) and my brows are filling in nicely. I have never had trouble with thin hair or sparse brows, but I color my hair blonde, have occasional temper tantrums while brushing and/or styling my hair, etc., and this has helped maintain my hair and brows. I don’t think my hair is stronger or shinier per se but it definitely seems like it’s growing. Also, the taste isn’t bad!! I take two at night and never have an issue (stomach wise). The four star rating is due to packaging and price - they could’ve definitely fit four jars instead of three in the package.

I have used this Hum hair strong gummies for several months and it worked great and the taste of the gummies were good . My hair felt thicker and grew longer. However,They have since changed the taste of the gummies and I find them disgusting. They are so nasty it almost turns my stomach. If you can handle the taste , then great! I however, could not and therefore opted for the capsules instead.

These little hair gummies not only taste amazing but actually WORK when it comes to helping my hair grow + strengthen my strands! After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to try them out and they have not disappointed me! I take them in addition to a Multi-Vitamin every day, fish oil for heart health, a digestive enzyme and I'm good to go! I'm a Personal Trainer so I'm a huge advocate for supplementing with vitamins and I'm so happy I got these. I've noticed a difference in my hair finally growing for first time in 10 years and my faith has been restored that my hair would never grow out again. I have bleached and colored my hair so many times back in high school and experimented with every color under the sun so my hair was extremely damaged from that. It has been almost ten years and my hair just hasn't been able to grow past my shoulders. I'm addition to taking these gummies every day, I have stopped blow drying my hair constantly, have used hot tools on it very rarely and have been using the OGX Strength+Lengthen Air Dry Cream each night after I wash my hair and all of that has worked wonders! I was looking forward to taking this particular supplement as I want to improve my hair growth. After taking it for approx. two weeks, I read all the ingredients on the back of the bottle. The last one listed, Fo-Ti herbal extract was one I was not familiar with. I therefore researched this herb and learned that is causes harm to the liver if taken by someone with liver problems, present or past. Further, it alter estrogen levels.Although Fo-Ti is listed on the front of the bottle, I find the lack of information regarding this herb to border on selling a harmful product.I was on a liver transplant list for years and sustained liver damage that will last for the rest of my life. Upon reading the literature about this herb, I was taken aback and called my physician. Further, I also take hormones and, because the herb causes estrogen changes, I stopped taking this supplement. Hormonal changes have been found to cause breast cancer; my mother died of this disease.I'm appalled that you sell this product without adding warnings to the label. Once I have my liver enzymes checked and they have changed, I will take action against the company.
