More expected for the money paid
Easy to use, vale for money and more than anything freedom from local computer repair guys head ache. For this simple thing they charge 300 per clamp.! Its sturdy n metallic hope lssts long enough.

After 2 years: Good product though it disturbs when setting pins into RJ45 adapter.
Material- Good quality iron, outer- quality plasticGrip- GoodIt works perfectly though some times damages the pins of RJ45 adapter. But you can avoid those by adjusting RJ45 adapter to fit into it perfectly before pressing. All over it is good product.

Super tool for internet wiring
I bought this tool recently after reading many reviews of this and other products. Works like a charm. I am able to connect RJ45 cables within my house without any outside help. Saved me time and money as technicians charge a lot of money just to prepare RJ45 cable ends. Thanks a lot.

Too poor quality
The criming blade is to poor, not getting crimped perfectly. Also the cutter is so poor that the wite is also not getting cut and everytime it make the end distorted. Won’t recommend the product at all. Waste of money. I can’t even return as i opend and used after almost 20 days of purchase.

This tool is working good nothing find any problam
Crimping tools is good and nicely working.nothing found any fault after using this tool for connecting 10lan rj45 socket.i am nothing find inside or outside packing Lapmate brand name but i found OUBAO brand name.please note if you are no proper knowlage of lan cables and no knowlege of color coding of lan cables do not buy this.and other importent thing is that please use branded RJ45 connectors.do not buy cheap and local brand connectors.it may damage your networking tools and create your lan connectivity problam.

The Confusion.
This is a review as well as an answer to a question which may arise in some people's minds. The package has mentioned that it us meant for 8P8C, 6P6C and 4P4C. This doesn't mean that you can't use it for 8P4C, or other variations, the number before 'P' (P, can be understood as the number of provisions or the number of wires which can go in) is the only thing that matters, the 'C' (C, is connectors, means number of connectors on that, at the bottom you can see some golden pins, those are the connectors).It doesn't matter what number is behind 'C', the number of connectors, unless the number of provisions, 'P' is equal to that of the pin as well as that on top of the crimping slot
