If you ship this out again to anyone tape the lid closed, the lid was on the bottom of the package on the side of it completely off and conditioner was filled in the inside of the package everywhere, mail services dont care how they handle stuff but it was a huge mess. Great product.

My hair is pretty damaged due to bleaching. I was using a bonding shampoo and conditioner from the salon but I was still struggling to comb my wet hair. After 2 uses of this shampoo and conditioner I've been able to start combining my hair without bonding oil. Once dry, my hair is soft and shiny. I will continue to use this product without the bleaching..lol. Highly recommend!!
