Great for whole family
My family, ages 4 to 40, love to use this wobble board for a multitude of reasons. I have ADHD kids who love to stand on it and get some energy out, a kid with plantar fasciitis who uses it to stretch, dancers who use it to practice balance, and us parents use it to help with exercise and OT for vertigo/balance issues. We've had it for four months and it's held up to constant use by multiple people of various weights.

Great in the classroom for student movement!
I bought this for one of my students to use in the classroom to help with movement and focus. elementary/4th grade. She loved it so much I let her keep it at the end of the year, and she actually wrote a letter to the principal the next year to request permission to use it in her new classroom! It held up great, was easy to get the hang of. I put a little mat underneath so I wouldn't hear it hitting the floor tiles all day and that didn't affect the ability to balance on it at all while cutting down on any noise. 10/10 would recommend this product, as well as this type of flexible seating or accommodation for your students with developed motor skills!

This works well for exercises from therapy
Bought this for my wife for her tibiofibular diastasis after a fall. She used a similar device during professional therapy sessions. She took it to her therapist and he said it would just as well as theirs, using the methods and care taken learned in therapy. It has proven to be very solid, same movements she was shown, and an additional help is a good non-slip surface. The only thing lacking is instructions for use. Without her therapy time, she said she wouldn’t be comfortable with instructions, even a link to YouTube would be helpful.

So Addicting!
I got this to use with my standing desk at work. I've been trying to be more active and this has been a great way to keep my body moving while I work.I've used boards like this in physical therapy for both my broken ankle/repaired ligament recovery and for my knees (patellofemoral pain syndrome, Osgood-Schlatter's disease & bursitis). The board is very easy to get up on and has a nice range to stretch and challenge my muscles. Some of the exercises I do on it are:-Heel to toe (for strengthening and stabilizing plantarflexion and dorsiflexion)-Round the clock (builds on the strength and stability)-Side to side (to stabilize against inversion and eversion)-Basic stance-Single foot balance (stabilizes muscles of ankles)-Single foot heel-toe tilts (stabilizes plantar and dorsi flexion)-Single foot side-to-side (plantar, dorsi, inversion and eversion flexion)-Single foot round the clock (inversion and eversion flexion)-Squats (glutes, thighs, core)-Calf raises (calf muscles)The board feels very sturdy like it could support a lot of weight. It has sandpaper-like material on top for excellent grip. The size is great for me (8.5 womens/7 mens shoe size). I don't feel like I'm going to fall off or hurt myself. While it is a bit challenging to balance, it's not too easy or too hard. I always have something sturdy to grab onto if needed. This has been such a great addition to my office "gym." I can stand on it all day, shifting around and not feel overworked. It's a fun way to build muscle while I work. My muscles feel great and I'm a little sore from my casual workout. One thing I will recommend is to place something on the floor underneath the balance board to protect the floor or carpet. There's nothing sharp, but the pressure of me standing on it moving around all day is not how my carpet was intended to be used. I have the thin industrial carpet in my office and it's already showing some wear, so I will put a small rug underneath to protect the carpet. I think a plastic floor mat (under chair type) might be too slick to safely use this on, so I'd recommend something with more traction.Update: I've only been using this a couple days and I absolutely love it. Several of my coworkers have tried it out and all of them comment on how nice it feels to stand on. I also read an article that said you can burn up to 100 calories an hour using one of these, so if I keep this up, I could be in incredible shape for the summer!TL;DR: This is a great way to keep myself active throughout the day, burn calories, build muscle and feel like I've gotten a workout at my desk. Get something to protect the floor.

My kids are getting good at it
Exactly the balancing device I wanted

Does what it's supposed to....
The media could not be loaded. It's no bosu ball but you get what you pay for. Bosu balls go for like 3 to 5 times the price as this thing so of course it's not as good of a product. It's still a great item and works very well. I find myself using it often ever since my sciatica got pretty bad. My back pain has improved A LOT in the past few weeks and I would like to think that this device played a part in that. I won't give it too much credit though because I have really attacked my sciatica aggressively in recent weeks with a lot of other things that helped my back pain. I'll make a list and put it at the end. Back to this wobble board, you can feel your core and stabilizer muscles working when you try to keep the board as straight as possible. If you stand on it long enough, you definitely notice muscles in your feet working as well. When I need more of a challenge, I put a hardcover book under the board and it allows the board to move further, making it harder to balance yourself. Make sure it's a book you don't care about too much because it will put a dent in it. A piece of 2x4 or something similar should work just fine. Here's a list of things I've also done to help my back pain. I ice or heat my lower back, glutes and hamstrings almost every day. I walk about 10-30 minutes every day, depends on how I'm feeling and if I'm doing other leg workouts. I do lots of core workouts and yoga poses like planks(on elbows and with arms fully extended), mountain climbers, bird-dog exercise, McKenzie press ups (i can finally do and advanced cobra pose without back pain), floor leg raises and captain chair leg raises at the gym for abs, and swimmers kicks/supermans.I do lots of stretches and foam rolling as well. There's a lot more but I have to get back to work. YouTube was a huge help. Check out Bob and Brad on YouTube, AskDoctorJo and a few other physical therapy channels

Such a great party item!
I use this to assist my mobility when standing and working my desk job. I have weak ankles, so I love how this helps me work on my flexibility, balance, and strength. Funny enough, we had a party and our friends all had a blast taking turns playing on it. It is very durable and well built.
