An excellent product—probably the best—for providing high quality iron that does not cause the unpleasant or debilitating side-effects (like constipation) of iron tablets. Pleasant-tasting. A high quality product. Alas, awfully expensive.

I’ve been using Floradix liquid iron for a while now, and I have to say, it’s been a pleasant surprise. The taste is fruity with a mild herbal note—definitely more palatable than the metallic flavor I expected. I usually mix it with a vitamin C tablet to enhance absorption, and it seems to be doing the trick. My iron levels have improved, and I feel more energized throughout the day. It’s gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus, especially since other iron supplements have caused issues in the past. Just remember to refrigerate it after opening and use it within four weeks. Overall, it’s a great product that delivers on its promises.

Rapid "delivery" - one of the most readily "absorbable" vitamin products. No wastage, just very quick response, restoration of energy, all vegan. Ease of assimilation augments efficacy. A tad pricey but worth every penny for persons in recovery or training, or under duress.

it may have a very unique taste but if refrigerated, the taste is not too pungent. Most importantly, it has helped both my husband and i tremendously.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Helps if you have issues getting enough protein or absorbing iron.Tastes pretty decent for an iron supplement.Must keep refrigerated after opening.I recommend you only get a bottle that you can consume in 3-4 weeks otherwise the flavor isn't as good the older it gets (after opening).Taste:Honestly I don't mind it.Effectiveness:In the past it has raised my circulating iron, so it's my go to for iron supplements.It is easily absorbable. If you are sensitive to iron supplements (stomach upset) you could take with food instead of on an empty stomach, even though it's supposed to minimize it's effectiveness.

This product is a bit out of my price range, but I keep ordering it anyway because of the excellent results it produces. I have to take liquid iron because of digestion issues and I tried a lot of them before I tried this one. It tastes good, increases my energy times 1,000 and arrives excellently packaged to protect the contents.

Ok, so let's be real. Iron tastes bad. It does to me anyway, but it's not too bad. The consistency isn't too thick to drink easily. I have had 2 major leaks, but it was due to me not having the cap screwed on properly when I shook it. It's super easy to use and has really brought my energy levels up. I'm not sure if this has affected my sleep quality or not. I will say that I have been struggling with my iron for years and this stuff has been life saving. Any cons are drastically outweighed by the pros. Definitely try it if you are tired of iron hurting your stomach and not absorbing properly!
