I found the quality of the image to be ok at best.It is not easy to maneuver inside the ear based on the camera. So cleaning the ear with this tool is not recommended. The additional tools(metal accessories) that are provided with this are best not used on anybodys ear unless you are a professional doctor.The only thing this unit is best for is viewing your ear canal for insects or wax buildup, do not use it to remove wax from your ear, best to seek professional help for that.Overall, the price is high, the clarity on the images isn't special and the battery backup is not great. You cannot use this tool while its plugged in the wall adapter for charging, so if the inbuilt battery dies then getting it replaced can be difficult. So only use case scenario for me is effective viewing my ear canal and nothing else.

Claim of large battery is false on product booklet its clearly written that it only have 240 mah battery1 drawback that we can only keep the 1 type of tip with camera other options can only be used separately but cant fit it with cameraits an ok product but at this price point its not, there are other sellers aswell offering same thing by whitelabeling it at cheaper price

I recently purchased this earwax cleaning device with high quality camera. I am very much impressed with it. The camera provides very clear views of the inside of the ear which makes the cleaning very easy. The tools inside the kit are useful too. The app is also very easy to use and seamlessly connects with my phone. I am happy with my purchase. I highly recommend it.
