They work well and are cost effective.
I have tried several other brands of Shilajit gummies but so far these have worked the best. I was also happy that these contain Turmeric and I do not have to purchase separate products. 12 in 1 is good value and I have subscribed to these. I would recommend them for sure.

The advertised ‘immune boosting’ and ‘stress relieving’ effects are just empty words, not only did I not feel any energy boost after eating it, but I had a stomach ache and nausea instead. The so-called ‘natural honey flavour’ is so sweet that it's snoozy, and the aftertaste has a strange herbal bitterness, so every time I chew it, it's like I'm eating a chemical syrup.
