Comfortable and supportive. I found the size pretty accurate as there's a lot of adjustability, and it certainly does help with posture and backache from long periods seated. I would recommend it to those who struggle with their backs!

Got this to use as an additional back support for use in the office.I’ve got a back support for home but wanted one I could use and store in the office too. This back support is easy to put on. You simply wrap it around yourself and stick the Velcro ends down. You can then pull the straps to pull it tighter for more compression and further support.Being able to tighten as you will gives pretty good support for the back and I’ve found it to be quite helpful in, not only helping my posture when sitting, but also helping to reduce my back pain.Overall, I’m happy with this back support. It’s basic, but works as expected and can be tightened or loosened at will. Gives me some good support and great value compared to my other back supports.
