Stays where you put it.
I applied this molding to a painted wall about 70 inches off the floor. It has not budged while it was painted in place and wallpaper was installed above and below. I love it!

So far so good
I'm in the process of a mini reno in one of the bathrooms and using this chair rail along with beadboard wallpaper. I'm a "mature" woman, and this is pretty user friendly (after a minute of figuring it all out). So far, it's working out great! It seems like it's sticking nicely to the wall and is holding fast. I'll post pictures as soon as I finish!Would definitely recommend this product!

Easy to use and stick
This product is great, the stickiness is the perfect level where you are able to reposition if needed, but it does not peel off. It's such an easier DIY than getting real wood pieces and provides a seriously upgraded look to your room when added.
