Bad product
The product finally arrived after 2 months of waiting, it didn’t come with installation instructions and to top it all off, it came with incomplete parts and scratches on the panels

Liftfad should be banned
Horrible horrible horrible. Liftfad should be banned. There is no way to speak to customer service, they do not answer when contacted by email because they dont speak English, No instructions assembly instructions, shoe rack came in beat up box, 2 months later. This company should be reported and banned. Disaster. Loss of money. Such s waste.

Don’t waste money
Doesn’t come with instructions, too many parts, cannot be assembled by one person, comes tooo late.. wasted money!

Nightmare
This product said it could fit from size 12 to 15 that's a lie. The doors don't close on top of that no instructions to put it together. Worst purchase and they won't even give me my money back. Total crap.
