I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 80% full, which is pretty good nowadays.If used as directed it will last two months.The expiration date on mine is Oct 2027.The capsules have a light herbal scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says made in USA, non-GMO, 3rd-party tested, and has a GMP stamp.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the website. The xgoldhealth site is functional and informative. Their trademark was filed in 2018, so they're not a new company, but looks like they are working on growing. I like that they talk about their beginnings and have little bios on who I assume are the founders. I would like to see more on sourcing, manufacturing, and testing results.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the blend here, including the lack of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. While the label says it has been "lab tested", it does not say which lab and certainly does not contain a seal from a reputable lab like UPC or Consumer Labs. The label says "manufactured in the U.S.", but the label also contains grammatical and mechanical errors that do not inspire confidence.

I've been on a quest to see if any of these supplements actually give me a noticeable boost of stamina in my retirement years.This product has a different mix of ingredients from the other products I've tried. I've been on this now for the last two weeks and can't say this product has benefited me any more than a different product I had tried the weeks before. That may just go to say that this product isn't producing any noticeable difference from the last trial. This is something like the 5th different product I've tried in the last while and I can't say any one has stood out from the others as far as any benefit seen.Now my comparison is certainly not scientific. I have a natural energy level beyond most men my age. I don't have consistent workouts to help gauge a benefit of one product over another. My goal is to identify a product that would provide extra stamina for the long days out on the trails clearing debris and building new trails. Each day out is different in elevation gain and task at hand, so comparing any stamina gain is difficult. We're packing quite a bit of gear and any stamina boost would be a win.No side effects noted with these. Maybe someone with a lower base energy level would see more benefit.
