I bought L-Theanine off of a recommendation of someone I trust - and I'm so glad I did! It's become part of my daily supplement stack. Since taking it, I've felt more focused and less stressed. Even on tough days, I feel like I can handle things better and don't crash at the end of the day. I've used this brand before and always find it to be high quality for a great price.

I highly recommend L-Theanine. It is the one supplement I won't go without. It helps take the edge off if I'm having anxiety with no side effects and I'm highly sensitive to side effects. It helps me sleep but I can also take in the morning and it doesn't make me sleepy. I usually take one when I'm feeling anxious or when I know I'm not going to sleep well due to hormones. Love it and I recommend it all the time.

I do not take all of a new supplement if there is any way to reduce the dosage, especially if ppl are reporting any adverse side effects. I’ve been emptying at least half of the capsule out before taking right before bed. It’s definitely helping me sleep through the night so that has been great but I have also noticed a tiny bit of nausea as well as a groggy feeling in the morning. Trying to decide if I’m going to keep taking Tri Magnesium or not. And hoping I’ll be able to take the whole capsule eventually. It’s definitely strong!

Helpful in getting a good nights rest in combination with Magnesium Glycenate.
