I find the strongest setting is great for the nose which is not as sensitive as other parts of the face. Would recommend it!A quick tip:Just be sure to steam your face to open up the pores beforehand for best results.Start with the lowest suction level and gradually increase if needed, depending on how your skin feels.Do not leave the suction on to long in one area and change the head of the machine for different parts of your face.Moved slowly and steadily over the skin to reduce redness. Redness is a common thing to expect but not to dark red/purple which indicates bruising and over suctioning.

This vacuum suction device completely solved my problem. It has 3 levels of suction adjustment, from gentle to deep cleaning. Sensitive skin will not turn red when using the low level, and stubborn blackheads can be easily sucked out with the high level. With 5 professional suction heads, even the dead corners of the nose can be taken care of!

This thing is absolutely dangerous. Used it for 2 minutes on the lowest setting. . My whole face is bruised. I highly advise against purchasing this product. In my opinion it should be taken off the market. If you accidentally used this near your eye it could do irreparable damage.
