It is returnable. I did mine... find a Kohl's or Whole Foods in your area. No box or label required. They do all that for you.

Q: Is this pillow hard as a brick and come rolled up instead of already puffed up? I'm looking for something like this only not a dense brick?

Thank you for your interesting. This pillow comes rolled up and it is made of pure memory foam. It is much comfortable and soft. There are two different heights for you.Hollow design to relax your head, neck and shoulder. Let you have a quality sleep.

Q: Has anyone tried this with ResMed F30 mask?

I use a ResMed F30 mask. This pillow works for me. I am able to sleep on my side. It may take a few nights to adjust but after that I find it comfortable.

Q: Where is this pillow manufactured?

The tag on the slipcover states it is made in China. I assume that's the case for the pillow itself as well.
