The listing says ground coffee, but the pictures show Whole Bean. Which is it?

This version is ground coffee but you can order the whole bean version. There is two versions of each flavor.

Are all 3 light roast (per the description)?

No. Hover the cursor over the packaging and you can see that it says dark roast. I don't know why the decription says light roast. I do like this coffee a lot.

Why ground coffee is not available separately, only as a 3 pack? arately

Are these good to use with a Breville Espresso machine?

I don't believe this is an espresso grind. The coffee is very good and if you buy the beans, you could do an espresso grind yourself if you have a small grinder. Espresso grind is much finer than drip grind.
