Best dilator by a country mile so far
I was recently diagnosed with a nose abnormality which explains my 5 year history of snoring and dry mouth during the night. Basically, an operation is out of the question due to waiting lists on the NHS because of Covid, and also would not be guaranteed to work, so the consultant recommended possibly trying nasal dilators. I have been using a snoring app which gives me a 'snore score' and together with whether I feel like I've had a better night's sleep, I've been keeping a record of which strategies and devices work. I think I've purchased every one going - or I feel like I have! The small solid bucket ones, the adjustable ones, the basket ones and now these Airmax ones.Comfort and fit? Putting them in feels completely unnatural. If you don't push them in far enough, they are just an obstacle in the nose, but if you gently twiddle with each one to make sure that the flat 'paddle' is as far back as it will go, you suddenly feel very comfortable. It takes a bit of manouevering to get it right. I find the larger size doesn't move about too much and keeps my airways open much better. The other dilators worked a little, but some created a 'whistling' sound, which was annoying, and weren't sturdy enough and dislodged during the night. The adjustable ones were pretty good and opened my airways, but annoyingly only brought my 'snore score' down slightly. Whereas these Airmax ones worked all night through, and so far have brought my 'snore score' right down to between 15 and 20 (with no devices had averaged about 50). I'm delighted with it - as regardless of the snoring, I'm not waking all night with a dry mouth and I feel like I'm getting oxygen during the night. Can thoroughly recommend so far. My only criticism is that they are pricy and I feel like I'll need a few.

No good
Waste of money.I have a deviated septum and thought it be better than using breathe right nose strips every night which can work out costly. These airmax need replacing every 3 months so thought it would be better in the long run.I have a little nose and narrow passages so naturally went with the small. I had no issue getting it inside but it was very very uncomfortable, like on verge of painful. I sleep on my sides at times and they dig in and can't sleep for how uncomfortable and painful they make my nose when sleeping on my sides. They also set my nose streaming and moment I gently blew my nose due to this, the airmax came right out without any difficulty, so no way it would have lasted all night. I didn't put it back in as saw no point and went the night without it.In terms of breathing, well, I never noticed any difference with it in to without it. When I use the breathe right nose strips, I notice an immediate improvement in my nose breathing but not with airmax.I bought these to save money but instead wasted money. Disappointed.

Works but expensive
It definitely works for me with breathing in bed greatly improved. However it does tend to come out in the night and the price is outrageous!

Nasal dilator
Ive been using this nasal dilator for a few weeks, and overall, it’s a helpful tool for improving nighttime breathing. It noticeably opens up the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe and reducing mild snoring. One of the best aspects is that it’s reusable—just a quick wash in the morning and it’s good to go again. That makes it not only convenient but also environmentally friendly. However, there is a downside: it occasionally comes out during the night. It’s not every night, but enough to be a bit frustrating, especially if you move around a lot in your sleep. A slightly firmer fit or size options could help improve this.Still, considering the comfort, reusability, and positive impact on breathing, it’s a good option—especially if you’re looking for an eco-conscious alternative to disposable nasal strips.

Best available and I’ve tried numerous ones.
It gets stuck up your nose, so of course it takes a bit of getting used to, and an open mind. This one goes in easily and stays in all night. Really improves nasal air flow and stops my snoring . As it’s bright orange, it’s easy to find if it dors fall out, unlike clear ones.I’ve tried various options and this by far the easiest, most comfortable and most effective one to use.Anybody bleating about it being uncomfortable and falling out has the wrong size, can’t follow instructions or is just unrealistic. For something you jam up your hooter, this is as good as it gets.

Might Work for Some, But Not for Everyone
I can see how the Airmax Nasal Dilators could be really helpful for certain people, but unfortunately, they didn’t work well for me personally. I have a sensitive nose, and wearing them made me sneeze constantly — which pretty much defeats the purpose of easier breathing! They also felt a bit uncomfortable, especially since I have smaller nostrils. Even with the trial pack offering different sizes, I struggled to find a fit that felt truly natural or unnoticeable. That said, I do think these could work well for someone without sensitivity issues and with a slightly larger nasal shape. They’re simple to use, and the design makes sense — just not ideal for my needs. If you’re curious and don’t have a sensitive nose, they’re probably worth a try. But for me, it’s a no.

Wouldn’t buy again
Would not recommend at all. So frustratingly it did stop me snoring but after two nights of wearing it I woke up with huge sores in the inside of my nose which cause my nose to be incredibly painful. Could just be me and being over sensitive but wouldn’t recommend or buy again

Made a big difference to my sleep quality
Bought this as I have a deviated nasal septum and was struggling to have a good night's sleep. I used to get a lot of headaches. Seen a massive improvement after using this product. Really good and quite comfortable to use. Stays in place through the night. It helps if you apply Vaseline on the product before use.
