Do the replacement liners come with new sticky adhesive ?

The newer version has the fuzzy side sewn into the liners. It comes with matching hook side strips with a sticky back for all 3 liners (15 strips). But the sticky strips were so stuck to the litter box last time I changed the liner that I just left the original strips on and stuck the new liner to them.

I purchased this litter box because of the reusable liners. Are these discontinued? Or will the liners be back in stock soon?

The liners do work good but they never stay in place with the sticky adhesive. I found that it wasn’t really cheaper to put these is the litter box and it was just to replace the bottoms of the litter box.
