can you use a 30W wall charger to charge this power bank?

I bought 24W chargers which had high reviews and came in pack of 3 too. They work great so far. RoMoss was out of stock for their 18W charger at the time even though they say that's what they want you to use. I did buy their quick charging cables the silver micro to USB in sets of 3. Love those cables and now have four sets of three and replaced all the odds and end cables that many devices come with black or white and often wear out quickly as they can be either decent quality or very cheap. The silver Romoss are lightening or fast charge capable and carry data too. So very happy. When I looked into adapters so I would have everything at same time the power bank arrived I did not see any thing that would prevent using the 24 or higher at the time. I chose one with the lightning and 3.0 port so I have zero problems getting a quick or fast charge via the 24W adapters and the fast cables too. Even turns out to fast charge some almost 5 year old handwarmer/power banks that are 5700mAh. I was surprised it would make a difference but the power adapter via the cable seemed to. I might not have noticed but I was putting one on one night light charger the other on the quick charge AC adapter 24W and began noticing the one no matter which one would charge up to an hour ahead of the other. So hope this helps. I have had no hot spots or heat issues with the power bank itself or cables or adapters. Stay safe.

What is 'fit charge smart technology'?

I don't see where it says "fit charge smart technology", but rather "Smart Technology". and that is to indicate that whatever device you are charging, this Power Bank will automatically sense when your item is fully charged and it will stop charging, so as to prevent any over-charging.

Is this actually 30,000mAh?

I used an instrument called a DL24P, USB Capacity Tester to determine the exact new capacity of these packs. The discharge rate was set to 500mA and my test delivered 18107mAh or 18.1 mAh which is nearly the same that reviewer Tom got in his test. For this size battery pack at this price that is a good value. And it held at 5.0v right down to that discharge level. 30000mAh is an unrealistic claim in real world use. A discharge rate of 100mA might result in a capacity closer to 30000 but no one is going to charge anything at 100mA

Can i also charging on china? because usa and china have different voltage. and does it work for types of above iphone6?

Yes you can the voltage form the outlet is not important. The charger itself delivers 5v at 2.4 amps if its a standard charger.
