This is the best BCAA I have taken EVER. The flavor is great and not only that the product delivers! No pun intended 🤣 I feel amazing during my workout I definitely can tell the difference in endurance and in my ability to push harder and heavier. It’s the best but I wouldn’t have expected anything less coming from Tru🤍

I have been using Truth BCAAs for a few years now but they were recently unavailable. The taste was tolerable but not delicious. I used less than the tiny scoop provided and had to wash my cup after because it left a chemically taste if i refilled with plain water.The reviews on this product really scared me but, honestly, it seemed like the best option. I went got the tropical popsicle since that appealed to me the most, even though it seems like that one had the worst reviews.... It was so yummy!!! It is very light, not too sweet. I was able to refill my glass with water without washing it. Compared to Truth, I honestly give this one a 10/10! Idk why so many people complained about the flavor. It doesn't taste exactly like juice - it is refreshing though and tastes pretty good! I love the ingredients and that it is made in the US. 5 stars!

I bought this BCAA powder because of the healthier ingredients and I was also intrigued by the guava flavor. I typically buy a different brand, Truth BCAAs, which I love. I should have NEVER switched! This BCAA drink has a very chemically sweet taste that turns my stomach. I almost gag trying to drink this. I use less that 1/4 of the amount you are supposed to use because I cannot stomach the sweet. And even with that, it's still gross. Not to mention, there is no quava flavor whatsoever. It tastes like sugar water. In a normal day, I would drink 4-5 - blender bottles worth of BCAAs. With this, I barely can get through one. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I’ve used TRU Supplements BCAA before, but this was my first time trying the **Tropical Popsicle** flavor—and I really like it. It mixes clean in cold water with no residue and no aftertaste, which I appreciate. I usually don’t care for stevia, but I couldn’t really taste it in this.About halfway through my workout, I felt more energized and was able to push through the last few sets with more focus. Even an hour after finishing, I didn’t feel fatigued like I sometimes do. I actually had more energy than usual post-workout.I’ve always trusted TRU for clean ingredients, and this flavor just confirmed why I keep coming back. It’s reasonably priced for the quality and clean ingredients you get. It tastes good, works well, and doesn’t leave me dragging afterward. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something effective and easy to drink.

As someone who has been mixing up my own cocktail with individual raw BCAAs, I can tell you that taking this is SO MUCH EASIER and more pleasant! I find the taste VASTLY better and even refreshing! That being said, if you're comparing this to other products with sugar or crap sugar substitutes (ie. sucralose, maltodextrin etc.), it's not going to taste amazing. If you've tried straight unflavored BCAA's you'll understand just how absolutely disgusting they are. Truly, I have a very high tolerance for natural, unflavored or earthy tastes, but it was all I could do to choke down the straight BCAA's until I had used up my 3:1:1 blend. I decided to try another flavored blend and gave this a shot. I'm very pleased! It's amazing how well they've been able to mask the TERRIBLE taste of BCAA's. I've now tried both the pink guava and passion fruit flavors and passion fruit is much better tasting to me.This combination is 2:1:1 of the big 3 instead of 3:1:1 like I was taking before, but that's ok. I take this 3 x per day to keep my metabolism humming, give me energy to power through my workouts and make sure my body is maintaining and even building muscle mass while in a caloric deficit. So far so good!I really appreciate the stripped down and high quality ingredient list and the fact that they haven't added caffeine and haven't fortified it with vitamins or anything else. I like to supplement each vitamin etc. individually, so I was really happy to find a BCAA blend that is stripped down. The fact that it is vegan is a bonus!I also like that I can add other powders (L ascorbic acid, L-Glutamine, DMG, moringa powder etc.) to a scoop of this and the flavor is enough to mask the additional powders also.My only complaint is that the price is quite high for the small amount you get. That being said, it is currently a price I am willing to pay so I don't have to gag down any more plain, unflavored BCAA's. Any reviews that dock stars for taste in my opinion have never tried plain BCAA's or have only ever taken mixes that include sugar or terrible sugar substitutes. No, it doesn't taste like a slurpee or kool aid, but for BCAA's with clean and minimal ingredients, this TASTES GOOD! TRUST!I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! I really like these BCAAs for several reasons. 1. I feel that it actually works since my recovery time is better & I feel hydrated during my workouts. 2. I am vegan and I need amino acids in my diet. 3. I love the ingredients- not too many & all natural. 4. Been a loyal customer for years and never disappointed. 5. The flavor is tasty & not overbearing/artificial compared to other protein brands!Just go for it!

Going to keep using the product for the benefits but the taste is not great and my kids will not drink it. We are trying to curb sugar so that will take time for our pallet to change but I did not enjoy the flavor of this at all.

I’ve been using TRU BCAA for manyyyyy years and it’s still the best BCAA product on the market. I appreciate the fact that it’s naturally sweetened and it doesn’t have any food coloring added to it which is a huge thing for me. I’ve also noticed that it helps reduce the soreness in my muscles after my workouts which helps me to consistently stay on top of my fitness journey. Highly recommend!!!
