Good needle for the Audio Technica record player
Got this needle to replace the one that came with my AT-LP120XBT-USB-BK record player, as it became damaged after 3 days of use. This once is much better and of high quality. It rests on the grooves of my vinyls very nicely and the sound quality is generally very good overall. Reasonably priced too for how well made this needle is.

It works as advertised on Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB-BK
I use these on my Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB-BK. I get about one to two years out of them before I notice the muffled sound of a spent stylus. Fits the tone arm head perfectly and sounds great. I keep one in reserve because around Christmas time, our player gets a work out with friends and family visiting and that seems to be when the stylus gives out. Takes just seconds to replace and I’ve bought a number of these over the years. Keep coming back to them.

The sound is great on my AT 120X Turntable
I'm impressed with this green eliptical for $49.00. The sound on my new records 180g is deep and clear, excellent. The older 80s records sound just fine too, maybe not as clear and have to turn the sound on my receiver up a bit, but more than good. Just got a new job starting next month so I haven't been able to shop for a while. I had a friend over last night who knows nothing about vinyl only cds. (he was born in 86) I played him my new 180g Haircut One Hundred box set. He was so impressed and said :I really like it! Sounds so much better than my cds for country music. LoL I will probably upgrade to the AT-VMN95ML Micro linear Red when I get a couple of paychecks under my belt. But just letting everyone know this is an excellent a stylus on a budget. I must say I've also had the white $25 stylus, yes cheaper but it sounds like a tin can. I must shop for more records now. Thinking I need the Stranglers 2X Reissue of Feline. LoL

Sounds less brittle than OEM Needle.
So this green audio-technica stylus sounds like a more stable sounding than the blue factory needle for my A-T turntable. The mid-range isn't brittle and screaming with this needle. I notice it doesnt have near as much surface noise from tracking towards the center of the album either. Its an appreciable difference. Some people say that this needle is warmer sounding than the blue stylus that comes with these budget A-T turntables. It sort of is, and isn't. There's still a fair amount of mid-range on this needle, but it doesnt sound as shrill and brittle. It sounds like more of a solid signal to send to the equalizer to work with.I'm by no means an audiophile, my hearing isn't the absolute best either. But I know enough from working with other budget equipment that this stylus produces a good signal to send to an equalizer. If you like the raw warmth of having just the RIAA eq sound from thePreamp, this needle has a pleasant sound for that as well.

Great replacement!
After accidently dropping my stylus twice in a week on a record I hen caught it on something and bent it! This fit perfectly and sounds as good as the original on my AT 95VM95 cartridge.
