Fantastic Product with an Important Warning!
To begin, my wife and I love this product! My nearly 3 month old daughter loves this product. We felt so blessed when we found Kabrita because we had much the same experience that many reviewers talk about. My wife's milk did not come in and our daughter was having a TERRIBLE time switching from donor breast milk to formula. We tried four different kinds (Gerber Good Start Gentile, Similac Sensitive, Gerber Soy, and Nature's One Organic) and she would scream in agony her tummy hurt so badly. It broke our heart. We found Kabrita and my daughter ate it like a champ, had no stomach problems, and was very regular with her pooping (although a friendly caveat, the poop is golf course green!). She was gaining weight and growing well and my wife and I would not have know there was a problem if she had not caught a cold.WARNING - this product is NOT good for infants! After my daughter had her cold for 2 weeks, we took her to see her Pediatrician, who noted she looked pale. She asked us about the formula and we showed her the nutritional data. The Kabrita Infant formula (Stage 1 & 2) is not available in the USA, so all we could get was the Toddler formula, which we were told was fine for an infant. Of note, you CAN get Kabrita Infant on Amazon, but it ships from the UK, takes a long time, as is pretty expensive. In any case, we ran some labs on our daughter and she was ANEMIC and her potassium AND calcium labs were HIGH. Further tests showed that she was IRON DEFICIENT, which our doctor said is very uncommon for infants.Kabrita Toddler has too much calcium for an infant, was the conclusion. In fact, over twice as much as an infant is recommended to get. This is NOT true of the Kabrita Infant, but again, it's really hard to get in the US. Too much calcium in the formula meant her calcium lab was too high AND our doctor told us the extra calcium also threw off her potassium. Perhaps most concerning is that we were told the high calcium BLOCKS the absorption of the iron in the Kabrita, thus our daughter has IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA. We were super bummed and have had to switch her OFF this formula. To be clear, we love this formula! When our daughter gets to be a toddler and needs the extra calcium, we'll use it for sure! In the mean time, we are going to spend the money to get Kabrita INFANT and also are going to try NannyCare's Infant formulation. Also, we did submit this information and our daughter's labs to Kabrita itself. They have been very helpful throughout this process.

Best toddler formula
My 18 month old would not convert to any type of milk so we continued on with this toddler formula. We used the infant formula for her when she was under a year. I am reassured that she is getting the nutrients she needs from this because she is only in the 20th percentile for weight. I recommend this to anyone

Happy Baby, Happy Wife, Happy Life!
We have been using this for my +2 month old son for more than a month now. His mother's breast milk stopped in the first couple of weeks. Originally he was on Similac Advanced but did not seem to be tolerating it very well --- eczema, lots of spitting up, loose stools. I did a lot of reading of reviews and research on Kabrita and other goat milk formulas. While this is not officially approved for infants in the USA we did a comparison of nutrients delivered, and it was perfectly fine. He has been growing and putting on weight at an excellent pace. His pediatrician, while skeptical and concerned at first, was very impressed on his two month checkup.Kabrita did not magically solve all of his minor issues. For the cradle cap and baby eczema we used Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil purchased from Costco. This has worked very well and is completely natural/safe unlike many supposedly gentle baby lotion that has parabens, alcohol or other inflammatory substances and petroleum based chemicals in them. He was still spitting up some, was still gassy, irritable and would not sleep more than 2 hrs. I searched for something to help him with this. At first our pediatrician put him on Zantac to control his gas. This was not terribly effective and only treats symptoms anyway. What I wanted was something that would "cure" him of the gas. We added the ProBiota Infant probiotic powder a few days ago. Purchased here on Amazon. See link below this paragraph. I can confirm, as several reviewers have ( I will also post a review on this products page) that this probiotic was like magic. The first night he slept 4 hrs straight for the first time. The next day he had very little spit up, very little gas, and was overall super happy and not fussy. The transformation was remarkable and IMMEDIATELY noticeable. I think combining this and Kabrita Goat Milk Formula will be very effective. If turns out to not be so I will post an update. Day 2 on ProBiota he slept for 5 hrs straight. I almost got down on my knees and thanked the Lord (and I'm not even a Christian). :)ProBiota Infant Powder | Infant ProBiotic Powder, Absorbs Quickly | 10 Billion CFU's | No Cold Pack Needed | Dairy-Free | Great Taste, Dairy-Free!If you infant is having digestive issues you will try almost anything to make it better. We are lucky it has only taken us two months to get this figured out. I hope this helps some parents and infants out there having similar issues. If anything changes I will update. Big thanks to the Amazon community for all the reviews I read in my search for a solution!!!

Amazing formula!
My son loves this formula! We feed my son donor breast milk but wanted to supplement with formula for rounded-out nutrition considering when re-heating frozen breast milk some nutrients may be lost or destroyed. I am that mom who is overly cautious of formula ingredients, untrusting of the manufacturers, and worried how my little one would respond to formula so I researched for weeks before deciding on Kabrita. I was tempted to buy Hiip or Holle from overseas, but for a mega price tag just for supplementation, I couldn’t swing it. Since starting my baby on Kabrita around 3 months old (2 bottles each night) he slept longer through the night, stays fuller longer, his minimal spit up, no vomiting, has an easier time pooping and he honestly prefers the taste over breast milk. He will down his formula bottle whereas he takes a very long time with lots of breaks to drink his bottle of breast milk. I love that goat milk is gentle in his tummy and I don’t feel guilty for giving him cows milk before his stomach can tolerate it. I plan on using Kabrita until he turns 1 because it has been the perfect formula for my baby.A word of advice for families buying in bulk, buy the single 28oz container in the quantity you prefer. I started buying 6 containers to last me about 3 months as a supplementation, not exclusively formula fed. It’s cheaper than any “value bundles” available on Amazon.. trust me I ran the numbers on every single buying option for Kabrita.
