I ended up returning the item, but not because it wasn't a good item. It does everything it claims it does. I think I was just caught up in the hype of seeing it pop up on tiktok, FB and Amazon. The package arrived quickly, then sat unopened on the counter for two weeks. When I did open it all of the functions worked. The heat is noticeable. This item would be good for someone with chronic back spasms but for me I could see it sitting in the box in the closet only being used once or twice a year. It does come with a charger plug for your vehicle if you had a long road trip.

I’ve been using this massager for a little while now, and it does the job—mostly. It has its moments where it really helps ease some tension, especially after a long day. It’s not exactly professional-grade, but for casual use, it’s not bad.The design is fairly standard. It takes a bit of trial and error to figure out the best way to use it effectively, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes more useful. Some parts feel well-made, others less so, but it holds up fine if you’re not too rough with it.Don’t expect miracles—it’s not going to replace a real massage—but for light to moderate relief, it’s worth trying. Just keep your expectations realistic.Would I recommend it? Depends on what you’re looking for. It works, it’s convenient, and it’s helped me out enough to say it wasn’t a waste.

I use this product almost daily! Great pain relief for those of us that sit at a desk and type all day! Easy to reach those hard to massage places on your back and neck! Heat is a nice touch! I didn’t realize it had to be plugged in to use when I bought it. Wireless use would make it more convenient.

IT COMES WITH A CAR POWER ADAPTER! I didn’t know that when I purchased, so when I received it- I was super geeked! Definitely taking this on a road trip! I always get neck and shoulder tension (from stomach sleeping) so this is well needed! & don’t we all have a bit of neck pain from bending our necks to look at screens!? Instant pain relief and gets out those knots! I always get the BEST neck cracks after. If you enjoy deep kneaded massages, this is in your alley! The heat works great too! The cord is long! It is worth every penny spent, as I get to massage my entire body “myself” without spending close to $100 for a masseuse- when I KNOW my tension will be back the next day or 2.

Love love love this!! Got it when I had a bad kink on my neck that ran down to my back that I couldn't turn my head left or right. It actually came in pretty quick like a day or two. Still had the kink and and soon it I got it I used it and it massage through enough to be able to turn my head and make the kink smaller and/or bareable.

the massager was great for the first 1-2 months. everyone loved it, it really helped release neck tension and pain. it seemed durable enough to last but after about 2 months now it just turns off automatically after about 10 seconds of being on. after trying to readjust the cord and plugging it back in multiple times it still does the same thing. i’ve found that sometimes it works fine if i hold the cord at a certain angle but it’s just too annoying to have to find that perfect angle position and then i accidentally move my arm so it shuts off so i have to find another perfect angle and repeat the process and then im just annoyed and don’t even want to use it anymore.

I just got this neck massager and I am beyond impressed. It seriously takes all the pain and stiffness out of my neck. The relief is almost instant, and I can feel the tension melt away after just a few minutes. If you struggle with neck pain or tightness, do yourself a favor and get this. you won’t regret it!

This machine is amazing, it saved me money from going to the chiro, I suffer of neck and upper back pain, because I seat all day long in front of a computer at work, form time to time I need to go to the chiro and it takes me about 1 month to feel relief, beside I need to get full body massages as well to get rid of the pain. This machine saved me money and time, I got it becuase I was having hard time with the neck pain again, I used for about 1 hour at night and the next day I was like new.I recommend this machine if you suffer neck pain like I do.
