The picture quality and audio quality cannot be beaten!!!!!!!! I got the UHD which came with the digital copy too, and the digital code expired in 2022.... so I'm not pleased at all about that!

scratched when I opened it.
I am Very disappointed this was supposed to be a Christmas Present for my Dad. Edit they made things right by shipping me a new disk and beyond the also included a new entire season 1 I could not be happier with how this company fixed things.

Warner Bros just doesn't care, AT ALL
Review for the PRODUCT, not the series which is magnificent. I generously gave this TWO stars because the packaging was not damaged, and I received all the correct disks, unlike some other reviewers. I have been buying a whole lot of 4k blu rays, and the ONLY company I seem to have a problem with is Warner Bros. Never had a single read error with ANY other brand. Out of the 3 warner bros sets I have bough, ALL 3 had issues: The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, and now Game of Thrones.First off, whoever thought it would be a good idea for these 4k discs to be stacked on top of one another should be fired. Seriously, ONE double sided flipping disc holder per season would completely solve this... In all, I had 6 discs with read errors, out of 30 for the main series. So 20% defective rate... Not surprisingly, these discs all had a small scratch that follows the circle of the disc, likely a direct result of how they decided to package them. For these large sets, it is difficult to make it all the way through within the return period. I literally watched all 73 episodes in just over 3 weeks for this reason. I am not happy with the product, but if I would be able to replace JUST the defective discs, I would be. You would THINK that Warner Bros would offer some sort of disc replacement for these large box sets, in order to avoid outright returns for an expensive product. Nope. Not a chance, they will completely ignore you, or if you are lucky enough to get a reply, they tell you to pound sand. Oh, also the digital code expired at the end of 2022, which is REALLY dumb...Update: Lowered from 2 star to 1 star after receiving a replacement set. Second set came with the cases broken, a few of the discs loose and scratched up. I don't see how that is even POSSIBLE when the outer packaging was in pretty good shape. That suggests they were PACKAGED BROKEN. Gonna try one last replacement, if that's no good I'm going to return everything for my money back. Warner Bros SUCKS!

Great customer service
We found issues with two of the discs in this set. This series is 8 seasons long, so there are quite a few discs to get through, and it isn't something we can do in a short amount of time. I had looked at each disc when they arrived to check for scratches, and they were all scratch free. Even so, two discs had issues that interfered with our ability to watch certain episodes. I contacted the seller, and heard back from them in less than 12 hours. They were very willing to work with me to resolve this issue, and I received a new set in a reasonable amount of time. I had concerns over what the warranty would be for the new set, as once again, this is a long series and it would take us quite a bit of time to watch every disc. I was sent the new set, and allowed to keep the old one, in case there were any issues with the new ones. I can switch them out with the old set. I am very impressed with this seller's willingness to try to fix this issue. I will buy from them again, and recommend them based on this experience with their customer service.

Review of 4K UHD version mostly positive, some serious negatives.
Minuses:1. As others have noted, packaging is poor, disks are stacked on top of each other on the plastic spindles.2. As noted by others, it is pretty nearly impossible to read the information printed on the disk. Little things like disk number and episodes on each disk are important. It's dark black (and shiny) background, with very thin lettering created by simply not having the black background. Pretty much "besides black on black, what would be the hardest thing to read that we could do?". Basically very thin silver lettering (the disk showing through) on a black background. Anything you don't really need (like "Game of Thrones", "4K", and "HBO") are legible, everything you actually need, bring a bright light and a magnifying glass (and good luck).3. Purchased in 2024, digital codes expired in 2022.Positives:It's Game of Thrones in 4k. Nice picture quality. No scratches or anything that prevents you from ripping it to disk. I actually can't say that about every new movie or series I've purchased, some have looked like they were washed and never dried, and had to be cleaned before I could read them. A recent example of this for me was the James Bond collection. Go figure.Unsure:Others mention difficult menus, I can't speak to that since I rip everything to my Plex server.
