Nutricost Colostrum 500mg, 120 Capsules - Gluten Free & Non-GMO

I purchased these because I was told it helps with breastmilk production. I cannot confirm as I did not have a way to measure and everyone is just different but they were great quality and they made me feel better for sure. They do not have an aftertaste of any sort and they are pretty cheap for how many you get. If you are looking to purchase this, I would say it is worth the try.

Bought to help increase breastmilk supply and really think they helped! They didn’t upset my stomach and they weren’t huge like a lot of capsules.

I skipped a day of breast pumping and it significantly impacted my supple I tried everything power pumping body armor and after 2 days in the morning where I regularly get 4 oz now I got 6 and throughout the day don't see much of a difference but I can say it's already helping me produce more. And I might update if it helps throughout the day as well if you find this helpful and are hesitant to buying.
