Good Product and Reliable Warranty support
We've been using the Agaro rice cooker for over 10 months, and it’s been consistently helpful for everyday cooking. When an E2 error appeared, their warranty service was smooth—they replaced the outer unit within a week. I’m giving it 4 stars since the issue occurred within a year of normal use, and it’s uncertain how reliable the product and support will be after the warranty. That said, their warranty service deserves 5 stars.

Great as long as it works
It’s a great product as long as it works. Ours quit working within a couple of months. We contacted the support and in a few days they replaced with a new substitute. Hope this works longer than a few months! Apparently the problem with the keypad is common to this brand.
