Initially I received 2 faulty pieces and with the help of Agaro customer care, got them replaced in a hassle free manner. Thanks to them. The kettle looks elegant as the name suggests and adds to the kitchen aesthetics. It heats up quickly without much noise. 1.8 ltrs is quite a bigger size but it's useful for our family of 4.Overall a good product.

Good product. Using since 1 yearVery difficult to wash it. And it's not something you can use for tadka and all.. only for boiling purpose. Switches off automatically and takes almost 10 15 min. To turn on again untill it's completely cooled.

I’m honestly surprised by how much I like this little appliance. In my country, we don’t really have things like this — it’s like a kettle, but you can also cook with it. It’s perfect for a hotel room or any place without a kitchen. I can prepare simple meals quickly and easily, without much effort. I’ve used it to make everything from tea to pasta to sautéed veggies. It heats fast and does the job well. Plus, it looks nice on the outside too, which is a bonus. I’m really happy with it — 10/10 for convenience and design!

Quite useful for a small family. I have been using this cooker to make rice ,boil egg, sometimes to make Dhokla at home. Its lightweight so easy to carry when travelling and comes with many handy attachments.After using it almost everyday for a year, just before warranty expiration the cooker stopped working properly but Agaro customer support is really helpful and they immediately issued a replacement after raising a ticket. Anindita from Agaro support team is highly professional and supportive. She followed through the whole process and it was completely hassle free.Will continue purchasing from Agaro in future as well as its cost effective yet manages to have a functional customer support and warranty policy in place.
