Works pretty well for me
Like some other reviews I did not see anything for a few days and thought I had wasted my money. But then I started to see stuck moths. On re reading I re positioned them more in hidden areas where the main problem is and so far they seem to be working pretty well. I did a bit of back up to start by using a fly swat to clear any flying around and have got to the point where I don't see moths at all. I also packed all my woollen clothing in large clothes bags having washed it all. But I have only one carpet which is wool and has a fair bit of moth damage. Maybe I should change that too and hope they will loose interest!! Ever hopeful! I doubt I would have got there without these hanging stickers so I bought some refills and will keep them going through the summer. I also bought some lavender bags for the drawers which is suppose to help too. For tackling a long standard problem I am happy with the result.

New pad holder is TERRIBLE, too skinny, too flimsy, and difficult to hang with new hook
So, the pads themselves are fine. They seem to be hit or miss, some seem to attract loads of moths, some none. I think this is to be expected. The pad holders themselves, however are WRETCHED, just awful. They obviously went through some re-design, because they are now thinner, more fiddly, and have a useless hook that breaks easily. As far as I can see, this is so they have the "entopest" branding on the pad holders. So what's wrong with the new holders, specifically?1) Pad-holder is too skinny - They are now ever so slightly skinnier than the pad itself. That means the pad tends to pop up in the middle.2) Pads now stick to the pad holder - because the pads don't fit flat into the holder, they tend to stick to the holder itself, meaning less surface area for the moths to fly onto and through. I'm assuming here, we want the entire pad to be accessible to trap them.3) The hook is USELESS - You now have to pull the hook out from the back, and then clip it into a tiny hole in the back of the pad holder to hold the hook in place. On my first go, trying to snap it together, the tiny little nub that clips into the hook holder broke off. The other issue - if you are successful at piecing hook into hook holder, it KEEPS POPPING OUT.I honestly DO NOT understand who thought these were fit for purpose. Can't return these now as I've clearly opened it up and assembled them. Would give zero stars if I could. Also for a few bits of plastic- they are essentially selling them at a pound a pad holder. This is such a crazy rip off that it boggles the mind. They are probably a penny to produce if that. I'm beginning to see the wisdom in the other design out there, a flat cardboard pad, that then folds into a triangle. Though again, why are they so expensive???

Effective hanging moth traps
It was easy to hang the moth traps in several areas around the house and quite quickly one or two moths were caught and over time, quite a lot. Used in combination with in-drawer and wardrobe moth killers, they work well to defend precious clothing and carpets. A spray moth treatment is also effective, particularly for carpets. The hangers are not particularly sturdy, but they do the job. The refills were a little large for the hangers, so we had to trim them to fit. There was no noticeable odour from the hanging moth traps. Recommended.

Redesigned hangers are poor quality
The pads provided are high quality and very effective in attracting and catching the clothes moths that unfortunately are very common in my part of London. However only 3 stars because the new design of hangers is very poor. This design is very flimsy and the catches provided to keep the hanger closed to not really work. The earlier design was much better.

Moth caught within 24 hours. Excellent product
Within 24 hours l had a moth trapped!!! V v pleased. (That was despite spring cleaning the room for hours) Cassette is easy to put together. I found getting the papers into the cassette a bit awkward and found it easiest to peel off a bit of paper and hold the sticky bit within the plastic cassette. Adjust the paper by holding by the edges. I hope the Co will advise of what horrible pest l have. There were lots of casings under a bed on a 100% 50oz wool carpet. A few moths and lots of casings spotted and hoovered up all over the room, though mainly under the bed. Every piece of heavy furniture moved and hoovered under. Pictures moved and hoovered behind... casings even behind one picture. Spent all day hoovering and emptied and cleaned inside wardrobes in case. Live moths around were few and far between (maybe 6 or so) and they looked v v tiny. They hide in the darkest places, so a thorough cleaning is necessary. I will repeat the cleaning in 7 days and am checking for live moths 4 or 6 times a day. Found a moth in another bedroom so looks like spring clean again. When the moth is recognised by the company l will update the review to advise others what other products are recommended by the co. As an aside, strangely no damage seen on carpets (yet) and no damage seen on clothes (yet). Casings are white and look empty. Room was sons until covid19 meant shielding so son moved out. Maybe problem has been there a while..it was his responsibility to clean his own roomUpdated 2 days later. Traps caught 5 moths. Casings appearing where there were none. Hoovered up around 7 live moths. Continuing to monitor. No recognition of moths by seller following this review. They were carpet moths and were a real pain to get rid of. After hoovering twice or three times daily l resorted to a moth killer spray and sprayed the carpet. Had tried “ecological “ and natural remedies that just didn’t work. This product ended up being thrown away.

These will help against your battle with moths.
The refills are easy to install and they are now hanging in various places to try to catch the moths. I do not know how effective they are at killing the moths, but I have not seen any for a few days. I find the smell quite pleasant and not overpowering. The hanging hooks are a little bit fiddly and not very robust, but seem to be doing the job so far. I will reorder the refills in a couple of months as I suspect that the moths will be an ongoing problem.
