Nothing but the best
This BBQ has everything you could ask for. The sear station works perfectly and is better than any regular side burner like most BBQs. The rotisserie is a big plus for my prime ribs and turkeys. Nice even cook and lighted knobs. The only complaint I have is the assembly is difficult and definitely takes two people. Even with that, it was not enough to knock off a star.

Built like a tank but not all stainless...
Edit: Gave 5 stars. Why? Durability. A windstorm knocked this tank over on its side because i didn't have the wheels lock. Not only does it still work but i found that the gimmicky rotisserie actually works unlike the Weber before. Man o' man that's some succulent yard bird! Why not 5 stars? Not all stainless. Also, those front doors and their alignment as others stated in their reviews. DREADFUL!ex Weber fan for almost 40 years. Ditched Weber for the high corrosion rate they blamed on me fertilizing my yard. Guess what geniuses... I've always fertilized my yard. Sad you coach employees to say that as opposed to standing behind your products that really stood on their own for generations! On to Napoleon. Exceptional material quality and tolerances outside of the aforementioned front doors. The rear and side sear stations are no joke! Weber claimed to sear but it was nothing like this Napoleon! I like to Sous Vide poultry and lean pork and then get that char without further cooking.Even heat distribution on exceptional cooking grates. Did i mention that the quality of the cooking grates blew me away? I do not fear having to run the Ace for overpriced Weber components made in China when these fail. As soon as you pull them out of the packaging you know.Igniter system. Seems equal here. Only time will tell however the Napoleon does light quicker. The Weber was never horrible until debris got on to the igniter housing somehow under a flavorizer bar.Wheels. Both Weber and Napoleon are dreadful for the money. Challenging to roll across smooth concrete let alone sculpted patio scenarios. Set it and forget it but why not one up Weber and put some decent poly wheels on these medium to higher end grills?Packaging. Napoleon is the Apple of grill packaging. Very nicely done! Even with a little damage to the top of the box, they anticipated this and was packed in such a way to not damage the grill. No one wants to send something this size back!Shout out to BBQ Guys! Exceptional reseller (resellerratings.com) and happy to do business with now they are on Amazon! Great shipping method BBQ Guys! You spared no expense in a quality worse case shipping scenario! Big and Bulky! Thank You!

Fantastic Experience and Grill
I never take the time to write reviews, but I had to for this grill. It arrived in pristine packaging on the correct date delivered by FedEx. A pleasant experience. I assembled it in an afternoon. All the hard parts (firebox, control panel, burners/ignition) were already put securely together. Only had to assemble the base and drop the firebox on top. I did have help from the wife to sit the firebox on top of the cart assembly. I recommend two people for that part so you don’t end up bending a tab or something. Instructions were fairly straightforward. Not a difficult assembly at all. Just take your time.As far as performance, I never knew a grill could be so nice! I am literally blown away. I have zero flame ups and can control the temperature like it is an oven. I love this thing. I am literally inspired to grill more. And I tried the side sizzle zone with a few ribeyes, and it was the best steak I have ever grilled, that is not hyperbole. Just a fact. I can’t wait to try the rotisserie. And the high quality materials used in the grill are top notch. You can tell right away. This thing is a tank and will last a loooong time.Anyway, a very great buying experience, shipping, assembly, and performance. Could not ask for more.

Good, but pre heat!!
I've had my Napolian for about 1 1/2 years. It has worked well and is built well. However, I am going to add some ceramic briquettes to help give a more even heat. It is great otherwise.

Nice grill but poor quality cabinet
I did a lot of research and decided on this grill. I even increased my budget of $1,000 to buy this model because I thought it would provide me a better experience for a couple hundred dollars more. I also chose the professional assembly option as well. The day it arrived, the box was in good condition and all the contents looked good. However, when the assembly was finished, the cabinet doors were badly uneven, didn't close properly and had an uneven gap from top to bottom in between them. The delivery people worked for a long time to get them right but could not. I rejected the delivery. At this point, I was unsure if the problem was the result of the grill or the assemblers. So I had Amazon send a replacement of the same model. Feeling that maybe I was being too particular, I went to Home Depot and Lowes to look at their grills. Grills that were a third of the price of the Napolean model I purchased had doors that were straight as an arrow and opened and closed perfectly. So I was comforted in my decision to reject the grill. Two weeks later, the replacement arrived. The delivery/assembly team was a different duo. They too worked diligently following the instructions and sure enough they too had the same problem with the cabinet doors. The exact same problem!! I then decided that the grill was the problem and not the people putting it together. I rejected it again and now I'm back to shopping. If you don't care about details like how the doors close, then you may be fine with this grill. But for me, if I'm going to spend in excess of thousand dollars, it needs to at least be structurally as good as the $300 ones. This one sadly is not. So... still grilless.
