The cuckoo sound and music can be shut off and ours is. It is so adorable and decorative, I dont mind that we don't get to hear the cuckoo.

Pretty wooden clock
I bought this for my mother for her birthday. It is very pretty and made from wood. Worth the money. Good sound. She loves it. Only problem was that one of the fake chains was unattached and couldn’t be reattached. Had to tape it on. ☹️. It did have an owner’s manual.

Not working right
I’m on my second one in a week! It keeps great time but the bird is way off! I tried everything in the manual on both and I get the same problem! Am I doing something wrong??

My hubby loves this clock. The only complaint I have is that I wish it had a volume dial for the actual cuckoo. 😜
