Hi, can it be used over Eggshell paint on closet wall?

I don't know, I only use it for vinyl with my silhouette! Sorry, im not much help!

I didnt have trouble getting it to lift my vinyl but im have trouble getting it to transfer my vinyl no matter how hard i rub its not releasing it

You need to roll a corner back slowly to start the lifting process. You may need to use a tool to assist in separating the vinyl from the tape. In my opinion, this transfer tape is too tacky for a lot of applications.

Does this need heat to stick? I seem to be having trouble with this sticking to my vinyl and wondering if I’m doing something wrong.
