Q: The one and only review says the trays are actually plastic!! are they plastic or stainless steel????

The unit comes with Polycarbonate trays. The image is incorrect. I will have image updated. Thank you and sorry for the confusion.

Q: does your food get stuck on the stainless steal trays?

Dehydrated foods are "tight" to the trays after the process, but pop off pretty easy with a bench knife or a wipe of the hand. I should add that I ONLY do vegetables. No meats.
