Could these carry / fit Cricut easy presses?

I would not recommend this for a Cricut machine since it is not very sturdy. You definitely would not be able to carry it by the handle. It is really only suitable for things like clothes and towels.

What is it made of? Plastic, polypropylene or......?

More like cloth and easily folds . I use them to store blankets ,quilts .
