Honestly, for me it was not too spicy. It depends on your spice tolerance. My tolerance is pretty high, so to me this noodle was about a 3 from 1-10. They are also super delicious! 😋

Tough question, the description on the website says tiny pieces of ham but if you look on the ingredients list there is no ham listed. And the packs I see in stores list no ham or animal products either. I’d say to trust the ingredients list before anything else.
