Stuck on reset loop.
Was playing a game on my laptop when it randomly crashed to a blue screen (blue screen of death). I’m not sure if something is corrupted or if there’s a problem with windows but after the crash it performed an auto reset. Now the laptop is stuck in a reset loop, installs to 63% resets, rinse and repeat. Tried safe boot/startup, can’t. Tried shift F10 method. Nothing. Don’t know what to do.Edit: my friend who is very computer savvy fixed my laptop back to its out of the box state. Turns out Windows 11 had crashed and caused the reboot loop. I am changing my review to 5 stars after realizing it was a windows error not the laptop hardware itself. After reinstalling all the proper drivers, it is back up to standard. The laptop itself runs very nice, I can play 95% of my steam library on max/high graphics and I don’t feel the laptop overheating or slowing down. I always play plugged in. Forza Horizon 4, Tarkov and Elden Ring are the only three games at the moment that I have to lower the resolution on to play at a smooth 60+ fps. But once I hit 60fps the games feel great and play well. The keyboard feels nice. Occasionally it will not pickup a key that I press while typing, but it doesn’t happen often enough to warrant a low rating.Screen brightness is nice and vibrant, RGB keys look great and can be customized.Speakers are little bit on the quiet side, but with 3 USB ports and a headphone jack this problem is easily solved.Would definitely recommend Asus as a brand. My only regret with this laptop is not spending the extra money to get a better model. 9/10

No Webcam, but still Excellent
The media could not be loaded. Ok, so I was unaware that Asus removed webcams from their RoG series, but that's on me for not checking. This means that I can't use this laptop for my kid's classes, for my discord calls or zoom meetings. Aside from that, I had a few minor issues, eg. Bluetooth not turning on, WiFi dropping, that were solved with updates.Ok, now on to gaming; it works amazingly! In DotA2, I can see the grass moving in the wind as I get ganked. In Civilization 6 I can see the fish and crabs on the coast as Barbarians pillage my fishing boats. In Halo 4 I can see the expression on that Elite's face as he bitch slaps the life out of me.Overall, once you don't mind the webcam being absent, this laptop is perfect. The battery life so far is perfect and it does not get hot, even after 3 days consecutively of being on; updates and installing so many Gigs of games.

bought this on sale a while back for like $800 or so bucks, and it’s great
i’ve mostly been playing games like gta, roblox, and fortnite, but it also ran games like rdr2 on max graphics with little problem. it was able to run normal graphics on mw2 pretty smoothly, and while i haven’t player any really graphically intense games with it, i’m sure it would be fine on those too. i did experience quite a bit of lag when trying out forza horizon five, but it did settle down after a bit. the storage size seemed like a lot when i first got it, but i think a terabyte would’ve been much better. the quality is alright. i’ve taken it to school for about a year now and my bag has gotten tossed around quite a bit. while i’m on the topic of school, when i take this out at school i seriously wish i went with a macbook instead. i usually shut my laptop off while it’s in my bag because otherwise the battery is drained by the time i get to class. the problem with shutting it off is that when you power it back on, you get an annoying sound effect and a pretty big “republic of gamers” logo across your screen. it’s the corniest thing ever. the sound can be turned off in armory crate, but the start up logo is there to stay. other than that, it’s fine for school. the laptop itself is pretty thick but nothing insane. the screen is actually pretty flimsy but unless you go out of your way to flop it around, you shouldn’t notice it. the keyboard is meh and the lights are pretty underwhelming in terms of customization. my major issue with the laptop is heating. i used an old airpods case to prop the laptop up to deal with heating, but it’s still pretty bad. that being said, the laptop seems to run fine with temperatures up to 95 degrees. if you buy this laptop i recommend you get a cooling pad and external keyboard with it.

Great for first Gaming Laptop!
This Laptop was everything I needed. I typically bought this laptop because I was tired of playing on my 55 inch TV. We all know a laptop refresh rate is better than a 55inch TV. That was the difference between winning and losing for me. It's not the best laptop of all time but it's just right for FPS gaming. I also went on YouTube to figure out how to optimize my laptop as far as graphics and battery life. So this may not be the best for gaming laptop but their are a bunch of "how to" videos out there to help you get the most out of your laptop. For the people complaining about the battery life,go spend money on a better laptop or chill out and use the plug....that's what it is for.

Doesn’t last
I have had so many issues with this computer. It constantly bluescreens and restarts, the screen will go black and freeze, once it shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. I’ve had this computer for barely two years and it started having these issues about 6 months ago. I’ve taken it to get fixed like 10 times and replaced so many components. At this point it has to be a bad motherboard which fixing costs more than it’s worth. This thing SUCKS. Not worth nearly 1k. If I could rate it zero stars I would.
