This product did not work. The wiper blade was not secured firmly to the arm and fell off after first use. Had to buy a second one but it does not securely snap on to the arm and falls off. The U-shaped plastic connector does not snap into the metal arm or provide enough tension to secure the blade firmly. Very disappointed.

do i need a puller to replace this wiper arm?

I'm not sure what a "puller" is. I just used a wrench. It was very easy to install.

I'm having difficulty taking the old wiper arm part off to install the new one. Can you send some instructions? Thank you.
