Easy to use and is a great work out!
This is such a great work out. Its like jumping rope but for your hips and waist. I find that it helps to get my hips warmed up before weightlifting. It is a harder work out than i was expecting, but thats a good thing. After doing my research, i found the Adrifit smart hula to be the best priced for great quality. I feel like i saved money for the exact same product as some of the competitors. It also arrived in a day, which was unusual but Amazon really is incredibly fast at getting my orders to me. 5 out 5 stars, i love it!

worth it!
I dont have any photos but i use this every night before bed and ive dropped 3 pants sizes in two months! Also my daughter loves to do this on rainy days to get her wiggles out.

So far so good
I’ve never been able to hula hoop. This was difficult to get started, but I watched some videos for hints. I found it easier with the ball string shorter. I’ve gotten up to 4 1/2 minutes continuous spinning! What claims to be massage I would call bruising. Painful in the hip bones!

Good product so far
I've only used it twice, but I could tell I was working muscles that I have not lately. It is a lot noisier than I expected due to the weight moving along the track, but so far it isn't enough to be a deterrent.
