Visible Results Without the IrritationThis is hands down the best Vitamin A product I’ve used. Medik8 Crystal Retinal 10 delivers smoother, brighter skin with noticeably fewer fine lines—without the dryness or flaking I’ve had with other retinoids. It absorbs quickly, feels luxurious, and the results are real. If you’ve built up tolerance to retinol and want something more powerful yet gentle, this is 100% worth it.

This stuff is GREAT. I'm thinking it is fairly powerful; however, I've never had any skin irritation. Started using on my neck recently and it is making the skin thicker.

I have rosacea but have wanted to try retinol/retinal. I tried retinol and bakuchiol in the past and my skin didn't like it. Thankfully, no issues at all with this one, and it helped even out my skin a little bit. It was very subtle but that is to be expected with a percentage this low. I have since moved up to Level 3 and when my rosacea is doing really well I can even tolerate Level 6 (but use it on top of a hyaluronic acid serum to reduce irritation). I recommend Level 1 to anyone who is hesitant but curious about retinal.

Makes me look younger, at least I think so! If nothing else, I feel younger using it. Soft on my skin and moisturizes just the right amount without irritation. These things are not cheap but this one is the best bang for the buck. I have far less wrinkles around my cheeks.

Not good. Orange color on your skin. Very janky container that breaks after 2 uses. Crazy expensive compared to other products. Disappointing.

Holy grail product that I will be re-purchasing in the next level once my current tube runs out. I absolutely love this product and my skin feels supple and amazing after using. Make sure NOT to combine with other “active” products like vitamin C or exfoliants. I use every other night in my routine, it layers beautifully, and is perfect.The only downside is it’s a bit pricey, but truly worth it in my opinion.

I tried level 1, 6, and now 10. I think my skin has improved in texture but haven't noticed any real wrinkle reduction myself. No skin irritation. Also use the medik advanced night ceremide moisturizer that was touted to be made specifically for this formula. I have decided to switch from Medika8 retinal (was going to tryout the new 24 formula) to Skinceuticals which is cheaper and highly recommended by dermatologists.
