Q: What are the dimensions?

the overall size is 30cm x 17.5cm each mould is 8.5cm x 3.2cm depth is 3.2cm

Q: Anyone have a suggestion as to how to clean these after making cocoa butter items?

I was able to get mine completely clean in the dishwasher, making sure it was facing down on the top rack.

Q: What is the size of each cone?

Hi They were really small. I couldnt use them. I no longer have them.

Q: What do you use to pour melted cocoa butter into the molds so more ends up in the mold than on the surrounding surface??!!

Pipette works really well. I use a glass 5ml one to fill 2 moulds at a time

Fantastic quality product!

This is just such a good quality silicone mould that withstands both heat and cold and produces perfect little cones (with emphasis on *little* so make sure they are the dimensions you are looking for!) The mould keeps its shape beautifully even after being in a dishwasher, oven or freezer and I am sure that with the right care, it will last for years. It is great value for the quality you are getting.

Wonderful - perfect size for individual ice cream bûches for our New Year Eve 'stay at home' dinner. Very easy to demould, very smooth finish.

Useful Silicone Mould

A well designed silicone mould ideal for individual servings. I use this and similar moulds for multi layer desserts that can be frozen and then easily detached and glazed before they defrost. The end result can be a very professional looking dessert and it is good to have these log shapes in addition to the usual domes and rings. Good value for money, easy to wash and can be rolled up for storage.
