Durability, feel

When I first got these I thought they seemed really nice. The color was just what I was looking for and they are made of a really thick durable material. I decided to wash them before using them, and what a mistake. They are ruined! I washed them according to the instructions (warm gentle cycle) and when they came out of the wash they were so wrinkled and balled up. I hoped putting them through the dryer would help, but it didn't. I decided to wet them again and lay flat to dry, but that didn't help either. I figured ironing them was the only way I'd get the wrinkles out, but that didn't even work. Every place where they had a wrinkle, the material is now kind of faded. As a last resort, I tried steaming them, and that was a waste of time, it did nothing. If you buy these, you can't wash them in the machine even though it says you can, I would just spot clean as needed if you really want them.
